We will measure our performance in meeting customers’ requirements and work with them to continually monitor and improve the service that we provide.
In order to achieve this objective, it is the policy that Cargo Marketing Services Ltd maintains an effective and efficient Quality Management System based upon the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000. This is achieved by
- Ensuring customer needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled.
- Communicating throughout the organisation the importance of meeting customer needs and legal requirements.
- Accurately identifying client needs.
- Ensuring its suppliers are committed to providing a quality service.
- Ensuring it stays ahead of the competition by continually offering a higher quality of service.
- Establishing quality policies and its objectives.
The above is controlled by the effective implementation of the following
- Comprehensive audits of all suppliers
- Conducting management reviews of the effectiveness of the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensuring all staff understand the requirements of the Quality Policy and abide by the contents of the Quality Manual
- Developing and improving the QMS
- Complying to all English and EEC legislation and regulations specifically related to its business activities.
- Registration to BS EN ISO 9001:2000
